What does leadership development look like?
Updated: Sep 1
What if you were more confident, skilled, determined, and powerful in your day-to-day?
Would you agree that you would have a sense of excitement, strength, and purpose to push you to function at your full capabilities?
Some senior and C-suite leaders lose their passion, get stuck from lack of growth, forget their “why,” and become comfortable instead of reaching for their personal and professional goals.
Why and how does this happen?
Simply because being in a leadership role can take a toll on you. That is why I, Reeshemah Davis, founder and principal consultant for Embolden Action, LLC created leadership development solutions for senior and C-suite leaders with an effective 5-step program.
Embolden leadership & career coaching is a highly effective process to support senior leaders in recognizing their management skills and increasing their contributions to the organization.
So why is coaching important?
To get back on track to being your intense, passionate, and encouraging self, you must gain new tools, resources, and direction from a skilled professional like me, who has over 20 years of experience working with leaders like you. How you conduct yourself and impact others matters, and if you are not functioning at your peak abilities, you are doing a disservice to yourself and others around you.
Leadership starts with YOU, and self-management, communication, and goal setting can significantly impact how you and your operations run.
"You don't make progress by standing on the sidelines, whimpering and complaining. You make progress by implementing ideas." – Shirley Chisholm.
Embolden can help you find your capacity, develop a custom staff success plan, and retain top talent that will produce great results because you are a great leader.
When supervising and leading others, my leadership style has helped many discover their goals and create their paths toward success. My technique in assisting others in understanding their strengths and weakness and guiding them towards mastering their communication skills gives her a tremendous track record.

What do you think should happen in a coaching conversation?
I believe that the most effective approach to coaching to create the results is staying curious, humbled inquiries, and utilizing assessments when possible to aid in further awareness. Coaches have answers that are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. I use various online tools to assess your problem areas and help you to understand, acknowledge, and take action towards making BOLD changes in your life that will benefit you and your operation.
I am 100% committed to my clients being powerful and successful and having the life they want – personally and professionally.
