That's why I've made a shift in the focus of my business, EMBOLDEN Action, LLC.


I am stepping more intentionally into change management and systems transformation.


Of course, I continue to align my work with the values of inclusion and representation of all.

I am very proud of the DEI Strategy work completed. In that same vein, the core of our work has always been systems change. Preparing leaders for change and impacting culture.


That's me.


This unique perspective and experience set me apart from other consultants.


I started working with a systems change lens in 2018. Spending time learning systems dynamics and what it takes to be a systems leader. Those principles are carried forth in my consulting and coaching business.


Now that I'm celebrating five years ( 🎉), it's time to elevate to the next level.


Through change management and systems transformation, I partner with senior leaders and teams to strengthen leadership capacity, foster a sense of belonging, and create meaningful, lasting change.
