How Can Coaching Set You Up For Success?

Updated: Dec 6, 2022

This is a question that I get asked frequently…

How can coaching methods and strategies help others become more successful in their personal and professional lives?

So I decided to take to the blog and provide you with some valuable information that I think you will find very interesting.

First and foremost, I feel strongly that executive coaching and leadership & career coaching are highly effective processes built to support senior leaders in recognizing their management skills and increasing their contributions to the organization.

I recently discovered some fascinating information I would love to share with you all.

Here are some coaching statistics which I find astounding and think you will too…

  • The coaching industry is predicted to reach $1.34 billion in 2022 and is expected to grow to $8.87 billion by 2025.

  • 80% of people who receive coaching report an increase in their self-confidence.

  • 99% of individuals and companies who hire a coach are “satisfied or very satisfied,” and 96% say they would repeat the process.

  • 19% indicated that people who received coaching got an ROI of 50x the investment.

  • 51% of companies with a strong coaching culture report higher revenue than their industry peer group.

  • In one study, executive coaching had a 788% ROI, thanks to increased productivity and employee satisfaction.

  • 77% said coaching significantly impacted at least one of nine business measurements.

  • 75% say that the value of executive and leadership coaching is “considerably greater” or “far greater” than the money and time invested.

  • 62% of employees at companies with strong coaching cultures rate as highly engaged.

  • 73% of coaching clients say that coaching helps them improve their interpersonal skills, work performance, work/life balance, and overall wellness.

Incredible, right? I think so!

This proves that executive coaching and leadership & career coaching are very effective.

To sum it all up, coaching will…

1) Increase your self-confidence and productivity.

2) Improve your work performance, relationships, communication skills, interpersonal skills, work performance, work/life balance, business management skills, and overall wellness.

3) Significantly impact at least one of your business measurements.

4) Strongly affect your company's business revenue positively.

5) Provide you with personal and professional growth satisfaction.

6) Get you a return on your investment tenfold.

… and I agree!

There is a reason why I decided to get into this field ages ago, and that is to have a positive impact on people's lives. I want to not only provide professional coaching but also want to be a factor in helping organizations optimize their operation for success.

My coaching style has helped many discover their goals and create paths toward success. I believe that the most effective approach to coaching to develop the results is staying curious, humbled inquiries, and utilizing assessments, when possible, to aid in further awareness.

As I coach, I believe my clients are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole with various online tools to assess your problem areas and help you understand, acknowledge, and take action towards making BOLD changes in their life that will benefit you and your operation.

I want to be the person that elevates you and sets you up for success in the coming year so let’s get on a quick call and discuss how.
