Different Sides of the Same Cube

Have you ever faced a challenge that seemed insurmountable?

Perhaps you've been scratching your head, trying to find a way out of a tricky situation, only to find yourself going in circles.

Today, we're diving into the world of asking different questions to get different answers—and trust me, it's a game-changer.

Picture this: you're stuck in a rut, grappling with a problem that won't budge.

What do you do?

You switch up your approach! Instead of asking the same old, tired questions, why not try something fresh and exciting?

One of my favorite inquiry questions to break through the noise is simple yet profound:

How can I look at this from another perspective?

It's like opening a door to a whole new world of possibilities. Suddenly, you're not just staring at the problem head-on – you're circling it, examining it from every angle, and discovering solutions you never thought possible. (Remember the Rubix Cube? You have to look at problem-solving from all sides…)

But wait, there's more!

Here are a few other gems from my treasure trove of inquiry questions:

What would your personal board of directors say about this situation?

  • Think of it as assembling your dream team of advisors – except they're all versions of yourself, each with unique insights and perspectives.

What would a younger version of yourself say to you right now?

  • Sometimes, the best advice comes from the most unexpected sources—like your inner child, full of curiosity, creativity, and boundless optimism.

What challenges you today?

  • This is direct and straight to the point. It cuts straight to the heart of the matter, uncovering the underlying issues that may be holding you back and preventing you from reaching your full potential.

I was inspired by a friend who recently contacted her network for advice. Instead of sticking to the same old script, she asked a question that blew me away: "What 'experience, strength, and hope' can you offer me in this uncomfortable, scary place?"

Talk about opening the floodgates to a wealth of wisdom and insight!

So, what does this mean for you?

The next time you find yourself staring down a problem with no end in sight, remember this: the key to unlocking solutions lies in asking different questions.

And if you're ready to take your problem-solving skills to the next level, why not book an inquiry call with me?

Together, we'll explore new perspectives, uncover hidden truths, and chart a course toward success.

Until next time, keep asking, exploring, and discovering the endless possibilities that lie just beyond the horizon.
