Diversity, Equity & Inclusion


Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) improves organizational performance.  

It's also the right thing to do.


At EMBOLDEN Action, DEI means including diverse thought at all levels of the organization, providing equitable process and procedures, and creating an inclusive environment for ALL.

We believe that when people feel they belong, they create solidarity with and stronger ties to teams, departments, organizations, and the community. 

Our Approach

Develop Strategy, Business Case for Multicultural Program

  • Project managed national multicultural executive development program.  

  • Built business case for multicultural program.

Support Community Engagement Strategy

  • Supported New Jersey non-profit CEO in community engagement strategy session to address equity within legislation systemic changes. 

Create and develop systemic culture change curriculum

  • Created DEI content for delivery to Minnesota state agency for transforming systemic culture.

  • Created content for change management within an equity lens for organizations contracted with a local non-profit agency. 

  • Created and facilitated DEI content to clients of non-profit agency. 

Support Leadership Development

  • Connected with diverse individuals to design and conduct a conversation and plan that makes a difference in the person's performance and experience. 

  • Established mentorship program to support multicultural staff.

Contribute to Thought Leadership​

  • Coach executives and senior leaders through the difficult work of real change
